Who we are

Hotspend is a hotel spend control platform operated by Quelori SL. We help hotel teams submit, approve, and track purchase requests and expense submissions. Contact us at hello@hotspend.com.

Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, hotel name), and data generated while using the platform (purchase requests, expense submissions, approval decisions, receipt images). We do not sell this data to third parties.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the Hotspend service — routing approvals, generating purchase orders, and providing spend reports to your organisation. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data storage

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (AWS / Neon). Receipt images are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

GDPR

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@hotspend.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
