Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Hotspend account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
2. Service description
Hotspend provides a spend control platform for hotel operations, including purchase request management, expense submission, approval workflows, and financial reporting. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Each subscription covers a single hotel property.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using the service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Hotspend for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that disrupts the service for other users. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or access it via automated means without our written consent.
6. Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit through the platform. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of liability
Hotspend is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
